We have noted the reports by some KRI’s media outlets on a shampoo product called ‘Brimles Herbal-Bubble’，we extend our sympathy to the relevant consumer. We are concerned about this incident and are willing to be in touch with relevant departments of the KRG in order to find out the source and import channel of the product involved and the information on quality test results.

Chinese commodities are attractive in both price and quality, thus are among the best-selling products worldwide and are also popular among the people in KRI. The Chinese Government has been attaching great importance to the quality and safety of China's export commodities. The relevant departments of market regulation and customs have been strictly implementing the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection. Accordingly they conduct inspection and supervision of the quality of commodities produced in China and check the quality of commodities exported overseas.

We would like to coordinate with relevant departments of the KRG and get full details of this incident with a purpose to tackle any problem which might exist in the importing process of the commodity. We believe that any fake and shoddy product, once verified, should be moved out of market promptly, and through our joint efforts the interests and rights of consumers can be protected in the first place.
