1. Submit the application materials to the Consular Office and then receive the 1st copy of the triplicate pick-up form with the issuance date noted on it;
2. Return the 1st copy of the triplicate pick-up form to the Consular Section on the issuance date noted and receive the 2nd copy of the triplicate pick-up form with the due visa fee noted on it;
3. Pay the due fee noted by showing the 2nd copy of the triplicate pick-up form to the Bank and receive a bank voucher;
5. Return the 2nd copy of the triplicate pick-up form and the bank voucher to the Consular Office and collect the issued visa.
P.S.:
1. A visit may be paid by the applicant if an interview for a visa application is requested or if it is concerned with a passport/travel document or notarization application.
2. 4 or more working days will be taken for visa issuance.
3. Application may be denied with incomplete, unqualified, or fake application materials.
