China Online Visa Processing System(https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/) will be officially launched by the Chinese Consulate General in Erbil on June 24, 2025. Applicants could enjoy the convenience of filling out the form, uploading application materials and tracking visa processing progress online by visiting https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/. Before 1 July 2025, applicants who have already submitted application forms through the current “China Online Visa Application System” may either submit the application in person with materials in the Consular Office of the Chinese Consulate General or utilize the upgraded system for online processing. As of 1 July 2025, all applicants are requested to submit applications and upload application materials via the upgraded China Online Visa Processing System.
